Delivery & Returns Information

Ground delivery orders are usually shipped within 5 working days of orders being placed.

Expedited delivery orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days of orders being placed.

Customers have two delivery options to choose from:

Ground Shipping using UPS SurePost – Up to 10 Business Day Delivery

Expedited Shipping using UPS – Up to 3 Business Day Delivery

 

Delivery Exceptions

Please note: We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes, and currently only offer shipping to the United States; we do not ship to Canada, Mexico or internationally.

Sale

Not all style colours are included in the sale. When you select a colour and size, the correct price will appear.

Please note that during busy sale periods all orders are di­spatched in grey poly bags – no cardboard boxes are used during this time.­­

 

Tracking your order­

All of our orders are dispatched with the courier, UPS, or UPS SurePost service.

What is UPS SurePost? It’s an economy, residential-bound ground service designed for small, lightweight parcels. United Parcel Service (UPS) makes the shipment pick-up, and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) makes the final delivery, 7 days a week.

You will receive an email to let you know your order has been dispatched which includes a tracking number. You can also locate your tracking number by visiting the “Order Details” section on your Barbour.com customer account (if you have created one).

You can track the progress of your delivery by using the tracking# provided & visiting either www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com.

 

Packaging

In our efforts to work towards a more sustainable future, we have introduced new packaging for our online orders. Made with at least 50% recycled materials and fully recyclable, our new boxes and envelopes are self-sealing and reusable for returns. Produced of high-quality paper and cardboard, our new packaging comes with a message about our sustainability values and Wax for Life initiative in our signature Barbour green print.

Please note that there may be circumstances which lead to us sending your order out in separate deliveries, if this occurs you will be advised by email of the item(s) that have been shipped.

Dog beds and similar oversized items are packaged in cardboard to ensure they are shipped securely.

 

Gift Cards

  • Please note : Gift cards and store credit notes cannot be purchased or used to make purchases on the Barbour website.
  • Barbour gift cards and store credit notes can be used in full or part payment for goods in any US Barbour store, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed.
  • Barbour gift cards and store credit notes cannot be used at third party retailers to buy Barbour products.
  • If the entire balance of a Gift Card or store credit note is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available on the Gift Card/credit note for future use.
  • Barbour gift cards and store credit notes do not have an expiry date and will be honoured, in full, indefinitely.
