    Free Returns are available across ALL orders.

    If you need to return an item to Barbour International please do so within 28 days following delivery of your goods.

    Once you have receive your returns number via email, add this number to the returns label provided

    Go to barbour.mp-returns.com to select your postage label for printing or scanning. Please obtain proof of posting when returning your parcel.

    If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, you have to return the unwanted item for a refund and make a new purchase.

    Delivery of Customised Items

    As all our customised Products are individually made, your order will be shipped within 45 working days of you placing your order. You will be notified by our courier once we have shipped your order. Please note that we will take full payment for your order at the time of placing the order.
