PLEASE NOTE: We have extended our returns policy for the gifting season. All orders placed after the 4th of October 2021 will be eligible for a refund until the 31st of January 2022.


Ground Shipping – FREE on orders over $200



Up to 10 Business Days from the date the order is placed*.

Business days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Expedited Shipping – $15


Up to 3 Business Days for orders placed by 3pm on the previous business day.*

Order Cancellation

Please note, once you place an order, it processes immediately and cannot be cancelled. However you may return your new or unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase with the original Barbour receipt or online packing slip. Please visit for more information on returns.



Items purchased online are wrapped in Barbour tissue paper and placed in our signature green Barbour boxes. Small items purchased by themselves are not packaged in green Barbour boxes due to size. Items purchased are packed altogether.
Please note that during busy periods all orders are dispatched in grey poly bags – no cardboard boxes are used at this time.
Dog beds and similar oversized items are packaged in cardboard to ensure they are shipped securely.
